During her 11 years working for The Royal Family Kathryn oversaw many Afternoon Teas for Her Majesty, the Royal Family and many visiting guests.

Creating and executing menus & delivering this most tradional and quintessential British treat with seasonal elements was all part of course during her 11 years.

You can now learn from this experience and perfect Victoria sponge cake, afternoon tea sandwiches and classic individual pastries fit for a Queen. Also included is a fascinating insight into the tradition of taking tea and how it has evolved over the centuries.
