ENJOY A PRIVATE VISIT OF THE HISTORICAL BASIL GREENHOUSES & LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE FAMOUS PESTO SAUCE.

Discover the main ingredient of the most famous green sauce in the world! Visit the historical basil greenhouses and farm where local producers have been cultivating Genoese basil for about two centuries and see how they grow their superior basil, known over the world, learning curiosities about its production.

From within a noble palace a local culinary expert will welcome you to participate in a pesto lesson with mortar and pestle, just as tradition wants. After the pesto lesson, you will taste your pesto with a dish of “trofie” typical pasta, delicious focaccia and local wine.
