AN EXCLUSIVE COOKING LESSON IN A PRIVATE NOBLE PALACE IN THE HEART OF GENOA’S HISTORICAL CENTRE.

History and traditions come together in this truly unique experience. Our culinary expert will welcome you to a private Renaissance palace belonging to an aristocratic family. It is a very special place that is not normally open to the public.

You will touch the splendor and refinement with which the local nobility surrounded themselves and, through the portraits, you will learn about the curious stories of the characters who once animated this house.

Then, under the guidance of our expert, you will learn how to knead and “knot” the “pansoti” a typical local pasta filled with wild herbs. The traditional dressing is the walnut sauce that you will prepare with a mortar and pestle. In the end you will taste the fruit of your work accompanied by a good glass of Ligurian wine.
