This is a very special and exclusive experience. The black or white truffle search will start with an introduction about the vast world of truffles: the different types, methods for searching with the dog or the pig, training methods and the regulations in force. Then you’ll go into the woods for the real hunt.

At the end of the search you’ll experience a white or black truffle product tasting accompanied by a good glass of local Barbera wine. Nothing better to end your experience, than a lunch in a 200 year old. Here you’ll enjoy a traditional Piedmontese lunch, with a complete menu based on black truffles and local wines.
