Richard Bagnold

Formerly an officer in the Regular British Army for 20 years, he saw active service in several theatres.  He was also selected to coach senior multi-national personnel at the UK’s elite training Defence Academy at Shrivenham.

From an early age he's been interested in fine food.  Now he's one of the very few people – if not the only person – to have visited and reviewed every UK Michelin starred restaurant (2019).  He has also reviewed numerous 3 Michelin starred establishments across the USA, Europe and Asia.
