Perfect Patisserie

 

A wonderful way to improve your culinary knowledge and learn new skill from a true expert in her field, former Royal Pastry Chef, Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO .

The day includes a combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations, learn the skills necessary to produce a Sea Salt Caramel and Dark Chocolate Tart, Raspberry Sorbet and intricate chocolate decoration. Fit for Royalty.

Different patisserie techniques will be covered on the day including: sweet pastes, chocolate meringue sponge, sea salt caramel, dark chocolate ganache, coulis, sorbet & chocolate decoration. As well as tastings throughout you will also take home your completed tart.

Suitable for all levels and bookable for groups of 8 – 14 guests.
